The Origin

We mastered the hard problems: distributed systems under load, real-time inventory and pricing at scale, global fulfillment orchestration. We learned what it means to build systems that cannot fail.
Then AI changed everything. Not incrementally — categorically. We saw an inflection point: the same engineering rigor that built bulletproof commerce systems could now be applied to building autonomous intelligence. So we pivoted — entirely.
