Enterprise Sales Representative

Remote Full time Revenue

Own enterprise engagements end to end, from first conversation through signed statement of work.

  • SOW Scoping
  • Forecasting
[ 01 ] — The Role

This role owns enterprise deals from first conversation to signature. Our engagements are technical, multi stakeholder, and scoped in phases, so the sale is consultative rather than transactional. You will be in rooms with engineering leaders, operations, and finance, often in the same meeting.

You will work alongside our engineering leads, who join calls as the technical authority. Your job is to run the deal, control the process, and make sure what we sell is what we can deliver.

[ 02 ] — You will
01

Run the deal

  • Own opportunities from qualification through close, including multi threading across engineering, operations, and procurement
  • Run discovery that surfaces the real problem and its business cost, not just a list of requested features
  • Build and defend the commercial case, and negotiate scope and terms without quietly promising delivery something it cannot do
02

Partner with engineering

  • Bring engineering leads into the conversation at the right moment and use their time well
  • Co-author statements of work with realistic phasing, exit criteria, and assumptions stated in writing
  • Stay involved after signature so the handoff to delivery does not lose what was agreed
03

Grow the business

  • Build and forecast a pipeline you can defend, with honest stage discipline
  • Expand existing accounts by finding the next problem worth solving
  • Feed what you learn in the market back into positioning, pricing structure, and service design
[ 03 ] — What you bring

Required

  • Five or more years closing enterprise B2B deals, ideally professional services, software development, or technical consulting
  • Track record with complex multi stakeholder sales cycles at the six figure engagement level
  • You can hold a credible technical conversation without pretending to be an engineer, and you know where that line is
  • Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting you stand behind

Helpful, not required

  • Agency or consultancy sales background
  • Domain knowledge in e-commerce, headless commerce, or enterprise AI
  • Existing relationships with technology or retail buyers
